Community Service Program Group 07, University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) held a seminar and Entrepreneurship Workshop. The agenda was a form of empowerment of rural communities on how to maximize the potential of the village as an economic activity that was the village's flagship business.

The agenda at the village hall received enthusiasm from the workshop participants. Luluk, as the head of the Jambersari village PKK (Empowerment of Family Welfare) said, this was the first and valuable experience for the mothers in the village.

Jambersari was known as a centre for producing dairy cows. Even milk was made an icon of the village. However, most residents were still unable to utilise fresh milk maximally. "Because so far, they still sell fresh milk without processing," said Luluk.

Activities initiated by the economic and entrepreneurship division were expected to educate the public about how to process cow's milk optimally so that it had high economic value. "In the future, we hope that by carrying out this agenda, it can educate the public about processing natural resources, especially in the field of milk processing," said Hidayat as the head of the economy and entrepreneurship division KKN 07.

Meanwhile, Amirul Mukminin as the speaker and owner of Pukid Bundani who provided training explained that the Jambersari community could learn from the village of Pujon Kidul. It was an underdeveloped village in Malang but at the initiative of the village community, it could be the Pujon Kidul tourism village that made dairy cows milk as a source of village economy and directly uplift the economy of the village and its people.

Amirul and his wife Ani directly trained the workshop participants. They taught how to make Pasteurized Milk and Candy using dairy cow's milk. Mrs. Ulyana as a participant and as a dairy cow businessman said, by learning this management method, it would be her capital to sell processed milk creations at the Sunday Market event, one of the Poncokusumo sub-district programs for the community to sell a variety of local products.
