University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) hosted the monitoring and evaluation (monev) of 5 Field Student Creativity Program (PKM) in 2019. The agenda was held for 3 days, starting from 11 to 13 June at the 4th floor of the Joint Lecture Building, UMM.59 PKM from 6 East Java universities joined this program.
Monev is one of the stages of determining the student's participation in the implementation of PKM before the participants step up on the National Student Scientific Week (Pimnas). This activity aims to find out developments and evaluate the implementation of PKM assignments that have passed funding stage.

At UMM, they presented the PKM progress report that they had done before in front of reviewers team from the Director General of Belmawa Kemenristekdikti. Then the participants will be clarifying questions from the reviewer. These reviewers are Dr.rer.nat I Wayan Karyasa, M.Sc., dan Dra. Titiana Iriwani, M.Sn.
UMM Vice Rector III, Dr. Sidik Sunaryo, SH., M.Si., M.Hum. said, from 59 teams PKM hosted by UMM, 38 PKM teams came from UMM students and most participations in East Java. This achievement is enhanced UMM's reputation in the positive trend of PKM participation in the last 3 years.

Furthermore, Sidik said UMM had carried out many debriefing for this achievement. Those were the PKM supervisor and the internal reviewer team. “This team is to improve, assist and train before being reviewed by an external team.Students will present it at the weekend for one month,” said Sidik.
Sidik hopes that students will be able to realize their proposed targets and programs perfectly. “Through this PKM, participants can develop their creativity and give their best. We have given training, mentoring and enrichment. Next, it depends on viewers decisions,” Sidik said. (joh)
