The Faculty of Psychology University of Muhamadiyah Malang (UMM) held a Career Psych education activity which was held at the Gedung Kuliah Bersama (GKB) 4 by 5th-grade students from class A class of 2017, in order to meet the personal and career development courses on the week of November 10 last.
Coordinated by the head of each class, participants who participated were the results of the screening. For the material 1, it was delivered by Danella Victoria Putri Hastika about developing self-potential "for students who are already involved in majors that they don't like, there must be advantages in other areas that stand out," explained Danella.
Continued material 2 about the introduction of the profession by Alfian Wahyu Pangestu, "in the 4.0 era, of course, we must often add insight and broad knowledge about careers that can be obtained" Alfian added.

Besides that, the participants were invited to make group discussions which made into 5 groups contained 6-8 people, wherein each group they were accompanied by facilitators who were also group members. At this stage, participants were welcome to give or ask questions related to the material that has been submitted for 30 minutes
The purpose and benefit of this activity was to educate the younger generation by providing knowledge and understanding of the developing self-potential, able to understand cognitively about how to develop self-potential and understanding of wrong majors, so that later they were able to produce various solutions that were solutive and innovative related to the problems that became the background behind in this activity.

It was important to do this to give confidence to new students who thought wrong take majors in order to be able to develop the potential that they had to become stock in pursuing a career later, and to know careers that were currently developing so that not to be stuck with the wrong major and confused when faced with the many choices career after graduating from UMM later. The Psychology Faculty of the University of Muhamadiyah Malang (UMM) held a Career Psych education activity held at the Gedung Kuliah Bersama (GKB) 4 by the fifth-semester students of class A class of 2017, in order to meet the personal and career development courses on the week of November 10 last.
