After the opening ceremony of education and training (Diklat) Gada Pratama security unit (Satpam), 70 security guards from various units affiliated with the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) conducted a prostration movement to contemplate, to be grateful for what had been done as a security unit as well as a form of love for the homeland.
"For 12 days they will be equipped with a variety of skills, from martial arts, handcuffs, sticks, physical, professional ethics, and various fields related to overall skills and insights about companies and universities," said Bripka Kukuh Ardiansyah from Ps. Kanit Binkamsa Sat Binmas Polres Malang.
Gada Pratama training and education is a mandatory basic training for Security Guard, based on PERKAP number 24 of 2007 concerning the security management system. "So this is a compulsory and basic training in UMM, because it is within the scope of the campus which faces students and lecturers on a daily basis. We prioritize training in terms of service," he continued, Tuesday (12/10).
As according to Suprapto as a companion from Patriatama Surya Indonesia explained that the purpose of this training is to form a mental and to form an attitude other than legality. The additional aim is to face the AEC in the future, the Security Unit must have skills and legality so that it will not become a spectator in their own country.
"I just want to remind you that your work is hard, because other people see you for the first time and meet you. That's where your opportunity is to become a friendly, front-run Front Office that prioritizes humanity. So, not because of power, not about strength, but rather to the humanity. I hope you continue to maintain cohesiveness because we will work well together," said Dr. H. Fauzan. M.Pd. (joh)
