Changing your frustration into a spirit of achievement is the most optimal option in helping to fill your busy life when you are upset. This was emphasized directly by Abdur Arsyad, a comedian from NTT at Mata Najwa on Stage, held at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) on July 12. Abdur admitted that he also did this when he experienced gauziness after completing his undergraduate education and pursuing master's studies.
"I used to be very bored when I was a master's student. I didn't have anything interesting to do, and I was bored. Luckily, that boredom encouraged me to try new things. I joined the community and started my career as a comedian. Performing stand comedy in cafes and in front of many people," he said.
The man who graduated from the UMM Mathematics Study Program continued young people have great potential to improve their interests and talents. Consistency must be held steadily in following the process. Moreover, seeing that youth have abundant power significantly to change the world for it to be better.

On that occasion, Abdur also shared his daily life as an undergraduate. He was an active student organization at UMM, specifically as the Matrix Department Student Association secretary in the Mathematics Study Program for the 2007-2008 period. Therefore, he also encourages young people to participate in various organizations actively. According to him, it will improve many skills, including public speaking.
"You as the youth should be active in organizations. Even though the motivation may be just to get a rice box, your skills will really be sharpened," he joked.
Regarding his skill as a comedian, Abdur thinks that everything he has mastered is not a matter of talent. But what is more important is hard work and consistent practice, even though some people doubted him at first. "For all the youth, never be discouraged if you feel or are not supported by relatives or even parents. Prove that you can succeed through achievement," he said.
