In 2024, three tracks will generally be divided into several selection methods. These tracks are designed to make it easier for prospective students to apply and take the test.
Academic Achievement Track
This pathway is a test-free pathway that is worth trying. Prospective students only need to upload photos of their grades from semesters 1-5 in PDF form. The average score must be at least 80 from semesters 1 to 5. They must include a photo of a certificate of academic achievement, at least at the city or district level.
Upon acceptance, prospective students will receive a scholarship consisting of a free tuition fee for the first semester (100% discount). For physiotherapy and nursing science study programs, the reduction of tuition fees is 50%. All majors can go through this track except for the medicine, pharmacy, and international psychology faculty. This track is open from November 1, 2023, to June 25, 2024.

Non-Academic Achievement Track
There is no need to worry for those who have achievements in the non-academic field. UMM offers the most comprehensive opportunity for those with achievements in non-academic fields such as sports champions, music, organizational management, religion, and hafiz who memorize at least ten juz. Prospective students can try this track by simply attaching a charter or certificate.
Luckily, prospective students who are active as content creators also get the same benefits. Through the content creator track, they can directly apply with the requirement of having a minimum of 5,000 subscribers on the YouTube platform or a minimum follower of 10 thousand on Instagram or TikTok.
The benefits they receive are also similar to the academic achievement track. Prospective students will get a free tuition fee scholarship for the first semester (100% discount). Especially for Physiotherapy and Nursing Science study programs, the tuition fee discount is 50%. All majors can go through this pathway except the faculties of medicine and pharmacy. This pathway is open from November 1, 2023, to June 25, 2024. Further registration information can be checked online.umm.ac.id

Regular Track
Unlike the previous two tracks that require submitting report cards and certificates, prospective students are required to take a test in this track. However, the tests can be done online, making it easier for prospective students. All registration processes, tests, and reapplying are processed online to make them more effective and accessible. The information on regular online test results is also quick; it is announced 1×24 hours after completing the questions.
Prospective Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy students must take the Computer-Based Written Test (CBT) at the UMM campus. This track is open throughout the year for prospective students to register quickly and easily. Further registration information can be checked online at umm.ac.id.
