FACULTY of Agriculture and Husbandry University of Muhammadiyah Malang (FPP UMM) developed a Collaborative research in organic farming with Harper Adams University.
Dean of FPP UMM David Hermawan hoped that FPP could work at international level through research activities. "This research can be improved if final semester students can obtain supervising lecturers from overseas universities," David explained.
Currently, David said that FPP’s lecturers have done a lot of research. After this collaborative research was held, the dean hoped this research could reach among students who are doing the final task.
Discussion about joint research conducted on October, 30 between FPP official and Harper Adams Research Institute Head Professor Keith Walters. On this occasion, Keith Walters expressed his desire to build agriculture, especially organic farming in Indonesia through the collaborative research.
"This meeting is an honor for me personally and a pride for Harper Adams for being a door to build agriculture in Indonesia," he said. (Naz)
