Creativity student event Faculty of Animal and Husbandry (FPP) University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) was closed nicely by the Student Executive Board (BEM) FPP as the organizer.
The event titled “Closing Ceremony Student Day (CCSD”) was held at Helipad UMM today on Wednesday (27/12). It brought the concept of all blue, 885 FPP students from Science of Food Technology (ITP) study program, Forestry study program, Agribusiness study program, Animal Husbandry study program and Fisheries study program were wearing denim as the dress code.
CCSD Event Coordinator, Jasuli confirmed that this event was the peak of activities series on Student Day and Dean Cup events which accommodated the interests and talents of UMM new students in the field of arts, sports and academics. In addition, Jas hopes that this event could familiarize students from the five majors in Faculty of Animal and Husbandry. He said, “It is also bring memories the new students about New Student Ceremony. At that time, they who are from different majors are put into one group. BEM is trying to reunite them again through this event”.
There was also announcement about the winners in competitions including arts, sports, and academic and the best supporters. Then, the winners are trained to get ready in joining Rector Cup competitions. Furthermore, this event was enlivened by bazar stands and student photo exhibition during Student Day. There were traditional dances, band performance, vocal group and solo vocal performed by FPP students. Moreover, there was an indie band from Malang as a guest star and Disk Jockey (DJ) performed on this event. (lus)
