For a country, political stability is one of the main requirements for development efforts. This was conveyed by the Police General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo M.Si at the Closing of the Consolidation of the Muhammadiyah Youth (AMM) at the Dome of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) last Wednesday (7/9). Also present were the Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa and the Regent of Malang Sanusi. Even the Chairman of PP Muhammadiyah, Prof. Syafiq A. Mughni was accompanied by Ortom leaders.
Sigit, his nickname, explains that humans need security and peace. Moreover, Indonesia is now trying to achieve economic transformation and wants economic growth of between 5-6 percent. Even during a complex global situation. So, the important thing that needs to be improved is the aspect of human resources (HR).

To make this a success, Sigit encourages AMM to contribute in various ways to advance the nation. He also considered that the breakthroughs prepared by UMM, namely the Center of Excellence (CoE) and the Center for Future of Work (CFW), could fill significant programs of the Indonesian government. "Even with the development of infrastructure that can support efforts to produce reliable human resources. In addition, simplification of regulations and political stability," he added.
Sigit also emphasized that the National Police had made various efforts to maintain state security. One of them is related to religious moderation. He said that the Precision program was carried out by the Police as long as one of the sources came from Muhammadiyah.
"I appreciate Muhammadiyah, a big organization in Indonesia with all its contributions to the nation. One of them is alertness in dealing with Covid-19 so far. I also have high hopes for AMM and believe students can fill the government sectors with their abilities. As long as friends can maintain the unity of the younger generation, then, of course, we will welcome Indonesia Gold 2045 well," he said.
On the same occasion, UMM Chancellor Dr. Fauzan, M.Pd., explained that this consolidation aimed to instill a national spirit in young Muhammadiyah cadres. So, the sense of developing and protecting the nation has been embedded from an early age. In addition, this consolidation is an effort to welcome golden Indonesia in 2045.

"In preparing for the 2045 gold Indonesia, UMM has now initiated the CFW program. The program has been implemented in the CoE program, which aims to produce reliable UMM White Campus graduates to support Indonesia Gold 2045," added Fauzan.
On the other hand, the General Chairman of PP Pemuda Muhammadiyah Sunanto, S.Hi. He emphasized that AMM is present as an inclusive da'wah movement and together invites towards goodness. I am prioritizing collaboration for the sake of building the Indonesian nation.
"In the future, the ideas and ideas that have been generated will not only stop at consolidation but can be implemented according to what was planned. Not only being a spectator, but also a movement that can spread benefits to others," said Nanto. (apg/wil)
