In her oration, Prof. Nunuk emphasized that teachers play a crucial role in creating an outstanding generation towards Indonesia's Golden Age in 2045. She highlighted the importance of teachers possessing competencies in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, which requires every teacher to have at least a bachelor's degree (S1) or a diploma (D4), as well as educator certification.

Prof. Nunuk also emphasized that the role of teachers is not limited to teaching, but also to creating an innovative and enjoyable learning environment. "Teachers must be agents of change who can bring progress amidst the development of the times. With technology and creative approaches, education can reach all layers of society," she asserted.

She further explained the challenges of education in the era of globalization, including the mastery of technology, character education, collaboration skills, and readiness to face global challenges. "In addition to mastering the teaching material, teachers must also instill moral values, build students' character, and prepare them to become an independent and highly competitive generation," she added.

She also praised UMM's role as one of the universities consistently running the PPG program with results exceeding expectations. She mentioned that UMM's PPG graduates are part of the government's efforts to meet the need for quality teachers in Indonesia.

On the same occasion, UMM's Rector, Prof. Dr. Nazarudin Malik, M.Si., advised the graduates to continue enhancing their capacities in facing educational challenges. "Be educators who not only teach knowledge but also shape the character of your students. The future of the nation is in your hands," he conveyed.
