After the Covid-19 pandemic, most people want to travel and visit tourist destinations. However, obstacles often arise from the aspect of the vehicle because it has not been used for a long time. So, Rinjani Garage, University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), is ready to provide the best car maintenance and repair service. Moreover, there is an easy home service available.

Eka Kadharpa Utama Dewayani, S.E., MM., the Rinjani GarageUMM manager, explained that his party would experience a decrease in customers during the pandemic. It affects income which also decreases. In anticipating this, the Rinjani workshop made a strategy by accepting home service calls. As for this service, the repair shop officers directly come to the customer's house to perform car service.

"During the pandemic, we focus on home service. Especially considering the pandemic conditions that cause people not to go out too often. That is why we come to customers who need car service at home. Of course, this will be very helpful, especially with our good team. We also continue to provide this home service even though the pandemic has started to decline," he explained.

Eka said that this year-old customer have started frequenting the workshop after the pandemic. Old and new customers also started arriving, although many came in an emergency. Starting from the process of changing the oil, radiator damage, and much more.

He further said that nothing was specially prepared in the face of the post-pandemic. Because according to him, Rinjani Garage will always be ready to serve customers, be it new or old customers.

In addition to handling machines, the Garage also provides car and motorcycle washing, auto detailing, car salon, and spooring balancing, even with air conditioner, wheels, tires, and spare parts variations. "Every month, there will always be different promos following every momentum, be it service promos and car washes. In August, we issued an independence promo, namely a 10% discount on services, auto detailing, and oil changes," he said.

This man from Purwokerto hoped that the Rinjani workshop of UMM could be more alert and responsive. Besides that, it can also be the primary destination for community car service needs, especially in Batu and Malang. "Anyone and whenever we are ready to serve.
