Mother Is A Manifestation of Strong and Powerful Generation

Women are the main factors that will have the greatest impact on a society. However, improving the quality of human resources starts from the touch of a woman's hand in providing education to their children as the next generation of the nation. Therefore, women are very influential in a generation.

 

Realizing that Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Institution (LP3A) UMM always innovates and tries to play an active role in providing assistance especially to women through their activities.

 

Like today, LP3A UMM held Healthy Walk in celebration of the kartini day on 21st April. Carrying the tagline "With Kartini Spirit We Improve Quality of Women's Life" event was attended by 178 participants ranging from students, employees and also UMM Lecturers. Starting at 06.00 am, a healthy road takes the route around the campus area of ​​UMM with a starting point in front of UMM Biology Laboratory.

 

Head of LP3A UMM, Dra. Thathit Manon Andini, M. Hum said the purpose of this event is to build public awareness, especially women about the importance of healthy life.

 

 "We are a manifestation, we must be committed to a healthy generation because of healthy women will born strong and powerful generations," she said.
