Many stories appeared in the National Olympiad of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (ON MIPA PT) organized by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM).
One of the ON MIPA participants of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Student, Ali Bahri Lubis, admitted after being elected by the department, he learns self-taught to face this competition. Further, to give the best performance he also willing to sacrifice his day off to learn more with friends and counselors from the department office.
"There is also training between students and lecturers, even held on holidays and evenings," he said.
Ali, as her nickname, confessed that this olympiad becomes the third moment he joined. Previously, when it was held in Jakarta he also followed the same event.
"Been twice already. My first year in Jakarta, I did not win. The second year in Semarang, Alhamdulillah I got bronze and this is the third year," he said.
