Success will not appear simply in one night. Success can happen when someone works hard to realize something. It was emphasized by the Chairman of Real Estate Indonesia (REI), Drs. Paul Totok Lusida, Apt. in front of thousands of graduates of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). The graduation was held on August 24 at the UMM Dome Hall.

Furthermore, Totok shared his life experiences, especially in navigating the world of work. According to him, it is not easy to conquer the real world. It takes courage, hard work, and effort to pursue a career. " However, don't forget to show your existence in the community. One of them is by providing benefits and answers to various problems," he said.

He also mentioned three ways graduates can try after completing their studies at the UMM, the White Campus, starting from becoming an entrepreneur, academician, or professional employee. It all depends on an individual student's interest and potential.

The White Campus has accommodated the three ways with various activities and programs—for example, the Center of Excellence (CoE), which produces superior human resources. In addition, it also has skills that the business world and the industrial world need.

On the same occasion, the Coordinating Minister for PMK RI and Chairman of BPH UMM, Prof. Dr. Muhadjir Effendy, MAP, was also present. According to him, graduates must prepare for the demographic peak in 2030. It all depends on the quality and skills of the youth, including those who graduated today.

"Therefore, you must prepare yourself and continue to upgrade yourself. Do not just be satisfied with what you get in college. Don't be afraid of challenges because challenges are the ones that make you progress and learn new things," Muhadjir explained.

UMM Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Fauzan, M.Pd., conveyed the same thing: The graduates will only enter the real process after graduating and being graduated by UMM. According to him, all processes will be challenging. There will always be obstacles and challenges that must be conquered. " Of course, it will never be easy. Failure is the beginning of success and effort is also the beginning of success," he ended. (Put/Tri/Wil)
