The Education USA U.S. Graduate Fairs education exhibition was held at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) on October 5th. The students were able to interact directly with 20 representatives from a number of universities in the United States (US) and education funding agencies (LPDP), the Fulbright Commission (AMINEF), and the US Embassy.
The exhibition also features sessions on application and essay writing tips, personal branding, and scholarship opportunities. Although most university representatives will be recruiting students for master's and doctoral programs in the United States, the exhibition also provide useful information sessions for students who are seeking short-term exchange programs and undergraduate programs.
The U.S. General Consultant, Jonathan Alan, was present and said that various universities in America will provide the best service for those who have high dedication to the world of education. For example, by connecting the students with competent practitioners to increase the knowledge needed.

Jonathan also appreciated UMM for having various excellent programs, one of them is the Center of Excellence (CoE) which also aims to improve student skills. Either for the purposes of industrial work or research capabilities. According to him, it can also be a good asset for the students to continue their studies more intensively.
He also conveyed to all participants that they should not hesitate in searching deeper information at the booths that have been provided. Meanwhile, one of the participants, Tirtania Wijayanti, admitted that she was very happy to be able to attend the exhibition. According to her, the event makes the students who want to know more about information on continuing their master's education to the US and the various scholarships provided. Whether it's provided by the universities in the US or the Indonesian government.
"It was fun and very useful. We can get detailed information from each booth. So, when we want to apply, we are no longer confused and already know the methods and the tips.
