Before being elected as the Chairman of the Central Executive Board of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) for the period 2021-2023, Abdul has also been active in various organizations. He is also brilliant in working in the world of entrepreneurship. He was the director of Maharaya Indonesia. Abdul also took risks to start multiple businesses and became the owner of Super Camera Malang, Lumeo Audiovisual Malang, Panjava English Garden, Garden Coffee, Martabak Satu Juli, and Akar Publisher.

Interestingly, his enthusiasm for developing his business started from his efforts to empower underprivileged cadres. The hope is that they will not drop out of college and continue their education until they graduate. It is also so that they can achieve their dreams thanks to the results of their hard work.

By carrying the hashtag #DariNarasiMenujuAksi, scientific excellence, economic independence, and political sovereignty, Abdul hopes that IMM will become the foremost carriage and opinion leader to guard the nation's life and state. With this, Abdul also represented the goal of the fourth Islamic Family Law Department, which is to produce graduates who have insight and commitment to the vision and mission of the Muhammadiyah struggle.
