Rector of UMM attended the First Milad of Surya Medika Clinic in Sumbawa |
Celebrating the first milad, Surya Medika Clinic Sumbawa held a series of activities which were Seminar Sumbawa Free Drugs and Healthy Walk. The event which was held on Sunday (31/10) was attended by Rector of University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), Drs Fauzan MPd, and Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah (PDM) Sumbawa.
Exploring satisfactory achievements, currently, Clinic Surya Medika has 51 operational employees, four doctors, eight specialist doctors, six polyclinics, sixteen inpatient rooms, one birthing room and one emergency room (IGD).
Based on these achievements, Surya Medika Clinic which is currently under the management of UMM, is preparing to change the status into Hospital of Public Welfare Services (RS PKU).
"Our current focus is to change the status of Surya Medika Clinic to PKU Surya Medika Hospital. This is supported by the presence of our health experts who have met the standard" explained Director of Clinic Surya Medika, Yogi Triatma Kusuma.
As part of the charity efforts UMM, Clinic Surya Medika is also trying to improve services to society. One of them is through home care activity called Pintu Surya Medika. In addition, cooperated with BNN clinic also focuses on drafting the rehabilitation activities. (ard)
