The advancement of time towards the era of society 5.0. numerous online professions are spreading in the community. It has a massive positive impact. Happy Febrina hariyani, SP, M.Si. as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) in the Economic Development Study Program emphasized that online professions bring many positive impacts. It is a job that does not always have to be done in the office.
"The online profession can be an option for people who like to work from home, so they don't have to go to the office," she said.
Happy also emphasized that some online professions such as being an influencer, content creator, content writer and livestreaming host can be a promising income source.
"On Linkedin, there are also a lot of companies that offer similar professions that can be done from home. It opens up opportunities for workers who want to work but need time flexibility," said her.
Happy also mentioned that as time passes, the existence of various online professions will increasingly diversify. It is not impossible that one day the size will exceed the number of existing offline professions. Therefore, the adaptability with technology is required.
"Don't take it easy. We should continue to learn, especially the older generations, at a time when the world of technology was not yet booming. Therefore, there needs guidance from the youth to the older generation. It is to show that technological development does not only bring negative impacts and to convince that online professions can also be considered as worthwhile once it is taken seriously," she added.
In response to this, she added that there needs to be a socialization of technology in all communities. It is an attempt to show that technology is not something to be feared, but something that can be utilized.

" Many people used to underestimate people who do live on e-commerce, influencers and other online professions. In fact, if we look at current conditions, it can be seen that these professions can be one of their pathways to success," she said.
In conclusion, Happy advised the current offline workers should not be anxious about the proliferation of various online professions. "Today's workers do not need to be afraid of online professions. Instead, they must continue to learn to adapt to various technological developments.
