The real contribution of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) covers various aspects. Through education and training in the Rinjani Skill Development Center (RSDC) automotive, one of them is through education and training, which has reached class XIV this year. The movement was opened on Saturday (18/9) and was located at the Rinjani Workshop UMM with strict health protocols.

As the Director of the Rinjani Workshop, Eka Kadharpa Utama, S.E., M.M. said that this RSDC has been going on for fourteen years. This is a form of effort in providing programs and innovations for the automotive world. "In this batch, we received 16 participants who had been selected from dozens of applicants. They do not only come from East Java, but also Aceh, Bima, and other areas," he said.

Eka, his nickname, revealed that his party has a different recruitment and competency system. Likewise, with the prepared curriculum. He explained that this year's curriculum would be more flexible, adapted to the needs of the automotive world. One thing that will pay more attention to is the aspect of body repair that is needed a lot.

He also said that the Rinjani Workshop had also expanded its cooperation. Rinjani Workshop partners and colleagues also continue to grow, such as Car Doctors, National Workshops, Toyota Makassar, and others. "The Rinjani Workshop is also trying to be more independent by creating a new business unit which the participants will manage," he added.

On the same occasion, Dr. Ahmad Juanda, Ak., M.M., C.A. as the Head of the UMM General Administration Bureau said that the White Campus had carried out various kinds of care to empower generations and people in Indonesia. This is by UMM's commitment, namely From Muhammadiyah for the Nation. "My colleague once called me and said that one of the RSDC graduates has now opened a workshop with other friends in Mojokerto. Our hope is not grandiose, which is to provide skills and provisions for life," he said.

Juanda added that this RSDC does not only provide automotive knowledge and skills. It is more profound, namely providing education and provisions for the lives of the participants later. This RSDC was also packaged by keeping the participants in the place that UMM provided. The White Campus has provided and will provide various facilities and logistics. "Make the best of this year's opportunity. All education and training are often not fun. But I'm sure it will give extraordinary results if you run it seriously," he concluded.
