Salvy, Environmental Ambassador Who Becomes UMM Achievement Graduate

Completing academics is a top priority that one must meet in the lecture phase. But that doesn't mean it's a barrier to success. This principle is firmly held by Salvania Salvy Prihanta, a graduate of Nursing, University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). She is one of the graduates who have achieved success in various events. Starting from the 2020 Campus Women's Champion to the 2021 Environmental Ambassador Joko Roro.

Salvy, as she is usually known, said that since the beginning of college, she had been interested in the world of Duta. But she only joined the Putra Putri Campus Student Activity Unit (UKM) in 2020, accompanied by a strong motivation to practice public speaking skills. According to him, this was one of the essential decisions that made him feel more confident.

"I got a lot of positive things when I entered the Putra Putri Campus activities. My confidence has increased, and my public speaking skills and other useful abilities," she added.

Furthermore, Salvy explained that she found many beneficial lessons as long as she studied the Ambassador field. Some are conflict management, feeling relaxed, time management, and togetherness. All of that builds him into a person with good self-quality.

She is very adept at dividing academic and non-academic affairs regarding time discipline. Moreover, Salvy admits that she is a person who holds a firm commitment to getting things done. Thus, they can still achieve achievements without sacrificing the lectures they must complete.

There is no specific strategy for Salvy to be able to ink gold ink. Even so, there were several obstacles that she encountered several times. Likewise, call it the difficulty of controlling emotions and temperament with the selfish attitude that appears when competing. However, she overcame it and was able to become an outstanding graduate.

The woman from Batu hopes that she can build a platform in self-development that helps many people develop themselves and their potential. Likewise, with her efforts to influence the broader audience regarding tips for improving self-quality. "With this self-development platform, I want to contribute to reducing many people's worries about their quality and being able to develop," she concluded. (apg/shi/wil)
