Who does not like achievement related to its expertise, it almost nothing. The sweetness of hard work must spur someone to increasingly excel.

That's what eventually became a booster by Biology Education Studies Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) to encourage the acceleration of students in achievement.

Through the Outstanding Student Incubator program, this department facilitates students to develop their interests and talents with the maximum.

Secretary of Department of Biology, Prodi Husamah, S.Pd, M.Pd conveyed the presence of this incubation can be a container to grow the achievement students'." So, from the beginning we have been feeding students to continue the spirit of achievement," he said.

Furthermore, Husamah described many students who feel confused when doing something. They do not know where to start, whereas many lecturers are ready and open to be invited to discuss until they can find a solution.

"Sometimes, if the students are stuck, they do not want to continue again.The presence of this program is made for students who are confused to find friends to discuss," he said.

The head of Biology Department, Dr. Iin Hindun, M. Kes, said in order to support the incubator program began to accept the new students to directly focus in classifying students related to their talent interests.

"His interests and talents are not only for the academic field, but all of them, in essence we try to detect the students' potential as early as possible," Iin concluded. (ard)
