Thousands of lecturers and staffs of University of Muhammadiyah Malang attended Halal Bihalal 1439 Hijriyah at UMM Dome Hall. Rector of UMM, Fauan delivered his speech and Prof.Dr. Malik Fadjaar MSc as the Chairman of UMM Daily Development Board delivered religious speech. Malik conveyed that since the very first time UMM was established, UMM has been continuously striving educating and developing traditions and policies. The organizations under Muhammadiyah are run in education and UMM is a good example in running it.
At the end, Malik hoped that Halal Bihalal moment could bring new spirit in worship to the lecturers and staffs of UMM to be responsible to their works. He said, “Lecturers and staffs of UMM are expected to be able to educate the students yet have strong commitment and implement the spiritual values”. (lus)
