ACCORDING to the implementation of the 97th Period III-2020 Graduation Ceremony, the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) signed a memorandum of understanding with three parties at once. Namely what is done with PT Garin Agro Sejahtera to develop the potential in the fields of education, research and community service. As well as cooperation with PT. Bunga Wangsa Sedjati and PT. Bunga Cinta Sedjati in relation to the development of the Eco Park and Edu Park fields.
More specifically the collaboration between UMM and PT. Bunga Wangsa Sedjati covers the field of Eco Park in the form of community tourism and community entrepreneurs. Meanwhile in the Edu Park sector, namely in the form of student needs activities, student interest activities, and other fields in the framework of developing UMM Darma Chess and the potential of PT. Jawa Timur Park Group to support a number of PT. Bunga Wangsa Sedjati and UMM White Campus.

Separately, the Founder and Owner of Jawa Timur Park (JTP) Group, Paul Sastro Sendjojo said, Jatim Park Group chose to partner with UMM because it needed someone who could help develop tourism that could meet the educational needs of tourists. Apart from flower, fruit and vegetable gardens, there will also be fish, livestock and bird markets. In fact, a model house type for retirees will also be designed with a land area of around 150-200 meters.
