IN ORDER to strengthen cooperation in research, the Faculty of Law and International Relations (FUHA) of Sultan Zainal Abidin University (UniSZA), Malaysia visited Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) on Wednesday, Mei 3. The visit was a return visit from UMM to UniSZA in September 2015 ago.
UniSZA FUHA Senior Lecturer Dr Suyatno said that in addition to strengthen the relationship between the two universities, his visit with 14 students from International Relations department to conduct research collaboration.
"It is expected through this visit can be used as a trigger for collaborative research, not only for students but also at lecturer level. Hopefully, this visit can increse our experience and knowledge, " Suyatno said.
In addition to the presence of a university, which located in Kuala Nerus Terengganu Darul Iman also invited UMM to participate at international conference of students and lecturers by October 2017.
Meanwhile, the President of International Relations Student Society (IRiSS) Amirul Ashyraaf bin Zulkifli expressed his joy to visit the campus. Besides comfortable, said Amirul, UMM has a beautiful view. It was conveyed by Amirul while taking around at UMM Campus III.
On the other hand, the Dean of FISIP UMM Dr Asep Nurjaman welcomed the visit warmly. Asep hoped the arrival of them to UMM could inspire UniSZA to develop it further. "Our university is built with a professionalism spirit that contains a humanism," Asep said. (Nazir)
