Service Center Supervisor For Surabaya Area
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)
Responsibilities:

Handle ASUS service center on the assigned region
-
Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
-
Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
-
Solve any critical customer problem and complain
-
Responsible for service operation and management on the assigned region
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree (S1) Graduated, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0, majoring in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.

Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.

Basic knowledge in computer hardware/software.

Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.

Experience min 1 years as Customer Service Supervisor or Senior Engineer.

Ready to work hard and under pressure.

Living in Surabaya city.

Willing to do the Recruitment & Selection test at Jakarta with own fee & accomodation.
