Administrative Executive Element consists of head of Bureaus and administrative employees in level of University, Faculty, and other units. The bureaus at UMM are:

·         Academic Administration Bureau (BAA)

·         Public Administration Bureau (BAU)

·         Student Bureau, Finance Bureau

·         International Relations Office (BKLN).
