1.    Collecting whole library materials in the form of books, journals, newspapers, magazines, and others, both manual and digital

2.    Facilitating and expanding access to the entire academic community to obtain library materials through the Internet, the provider for 28 work stations with service 15 hours per day for the world information center through Indonesia Digital Library Networking (IDLN)

3.    Providing internet services to the entire academic and scientific community.

4.    Facilitating SUPER card (Means To Library) in order to access 47 Universties of East Java libraries (FPPTI)
