Procurement of Good and Service Committee of University of Muhammadiyah Malang is going to run Public Auction with Post-qualification for a packet of good procurement as follow: 

 

1.   Work Packet

Name of Work Packet           : Good Procurement for Developing Recovery Disaster System  

Work Scope                            : Good Procurement

Total of HPS                           : Rp. 552.000.000,00 (Five Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Rupiahs)

Source of Fund                      : APBN on Institution-Based Grant Program Competition 

                                                                 (PHKI) on Period 2012

 

2.   Requirements for participant

·         The registration is only valid for a company that has qualified areas or sub areas and class in accordance with the above work scope. 

·         The participant have to show an original and valid SIUP in field of Computer and Information Technology and subit the copy to the committe. 

·         The participant have to show the original Birth Certificate of Company foundation along with its change and also have to submit the copy to the committe.

4.   The registration and the retrieval document can be represented by bringing a letter of assignment from the chief executive of the company and ID card. 

5.   One person is not allowed to represent more than one company to register and retrieve procurement document.
