The selection process is done based on Perpres No. 54 of 2010. It also has stated in the auction document at chapter III about the instruction for the bidders (IKP) on proposal evaluation. It deals with aritmathics correction, administration evaluation, technical evaluation, and price evaluation.
Here with the letter of winners announcement. It is organized based on through out result of evaluation to the proposal document that has been sent by the bidders. In addition, for the other related parties who are objected with the statement, they may sent objection letter that is intended to Commitment-Making Officer University of Muhammadiyah Malang begins from June 5, 2012 - June 9, 2012 at 12.00 WIB [based on Perpres No. 54 Tahun 2010, Subsection 61, Paragraph (1), Point (g) which states: The objection on five-days auction result.
