ANNOUNCEMENT ON SIMPLE SELECTION QUALIFICATION

In order to implement the Institution-based Competition Grant Program, the Goods and Services Procurement Committee of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang will hold a prequalification for Consultancy Service job package as follow:
1. Job Package
Name of the Job Package : IT Consultant Service Procurement for Database and Management Information System (SIM) Integration
Job Scope : Consultancy Service Procurement
HPS Total Score : Rp. 193.000.000,00 (One hundred and ninety three millions rupiah) including PPN
Funding Source : APBN on Institution-based Competition Grant (PHKI) of the fiscal year 2011
2. Participant Requirements
· Registration is eligible for companies which have qualifications on the field of the job scope.
3. Registering and Getting Qualification Document:
Day/Date : Monday – Friday / Juli 11-15, 2011
Time : 09.00 – 14.00 WIB
Site and address : Secretariat of PHKI University of Muhammadiyah Malang Jl. Raya Tlogomas No 246 Malang
4. Registration and getting the Qualification Document can be deputized by bringing ID card and letter of assignment from the main director/company chairman/brach chief.
5. Participants are prohibited to represent more than 1 (one) company in registering and taking the Qualification Document.
