BPMI Promotes Latest SIM SPMI Website Operations

Internal Quality Assurance Agency (BPMI) University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) held a socialization of Management Information System (SIM) with Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). In addition, BPMI also provides consolidation and assistance in implementing standards for website operation. These two activities were held on Wednesday (25/11) in the Senate Meeting Room which was attended by 21 Internal Quality Assurance Groups (GPMI).
In this activity, BPMI explained about GPMI's duties in the process of monitoring the Internal Quality Auditor (AMI) and also how to operate the new SIM SPMI website. The oversight and operation of this SPMI SIM focuses on 5 stages. The first stage is arrangement, carried out when the policy comes into effect.
The second stage is implementation will conduct while policies are being made by the campus ranks. The three stage is evaluation, are going to do when the policy has ended. The four stages is control, when policies are audited and discussed through Management Review Meetings (RTM). The five stages is improvement will a take place when policies are updated.
The five stages are carried out according to the 10 standard criteria that have been prepared by BPMI in last August 2020. "I hope that with this SPMI SIM renewal, the more we become better and more adaptive each year with existing reforms," said the head of the event, Dr. Hari Windu Asrini, M.Si. (nain / can)
