Through this long journey, he realized the importance of storytelling—or STORY—in navigating both learning and career paths. STORY stands for Step by step, Target-oriented, Open-minded, Realistic, and You. By appreciating the process, staying focused on targets, embracing openness, managing limitations, and continuously striving for self-improvement, young people can achieve success in life.

He also shared that, in addition to serving as a state official, he is an Indonesian technopreneur diaspora based in Oxford and the Co-Founder and Director of Alloyed Ltd in the UK, a company established in 2017. Actively involved in various communities, he has also contributed to formulating presidential policies on nickel-related downstream development. According to him, Indonesia’s abundant natural resources present a significant opportunity to become the backbone of renewable energy development. To seize this potential, he emphasized the need for adaptability to innovation and change, interdisciplinary collaboration, and boundless creativity.

"Now is the time for the world to recognize and pay attention to Indonesia. My fellow graduates, I am proud of the technological achievements and products we have developed, which we can now utilize ourselves. This includes a series of innovations created by UMM academics. I believe that the hard work and dedication you have put in as UMM students will bring great benefits," he stated.

Meanwhile, the Head of LLDIKTI Region VII, Prof. Dr. Dyah Sawitri, S.E., M.M., highlighted the vast opportunities for thousands of UMM graduates to contribute to the advancement of higher education in pursuit of Golden Indonesia 2045.
