"This program will run weekly to provide space for spiritual growth. It is not mandatory and is truly based on the awareness of the participants," he stated.
There are six specializations that can be chosen by lecturers and staff. Starting from tafhim, tafsir, tahfiz, recitation, tahsin, and tartil. Previously, the participants had also been tested to match the available classes. The instructors are a team with expertise in their fields, especially from Islamic institutions at UMM.
Boy explained that Muhammadiyah has the motto 'arrujuk ila quran wassunnah', which means returning to the Quran and sunnah. So, how can it carry out this motto if it does not have an attachment to the Koran which is the foundation of human life.
"It is flexible and we hope you can learn the Quran happily. The most important thing is how participants can get the meaning of DQLP," he said.
The participants are expected to be able to understand each material according to the specialization group in 16 meetings. This agenda also issued competency certificates as a supporting element of the lecturer performance index and employee performance index.

So that he can improve his ability to read the Quran, especially together with fellow lecturers and other employees. Although she has read it every day, Lintang wants to continue to improve her tajweed and reading skills.
"We can also choose what class to take. Not only tahsin or tartil classes, participants can also be in tahfiz classes for memorization or even tafsir to understand the contents of the Quran better," he added. (wil/ind)
