The Presence of the Rector of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) Dr. Fauzan, M.Pd. at the University of Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus), Sunday (17/2) was really used by Unimus leaders. Fauzan was present between the National Tennis tournaments between Muhammadiyah Universities and Aisyiyah in Indonesia.
Unimus Rector Prof. Dr. Masrukhin specifically invited Fauzan to give a brief lecture to Unimus leaders, lecturers and staff during the morning applause. This certainly provided good happiness and opportunity for the Unimus community to explore important things, especially in the management of PT.
It should be known, Unimus was one of the best Muhammadiyah universities 4th best in Indonesia in accordance with the release of the best PTM ranking for the Higher Education (Dikti) Head of Muhammadiyah Central Boarding in 2018. Meanwhile, Unimus had accreditation of higher education institutions from Kemenristekdikti with category B.

In the first speech, the Unimus Rector expressed his excitement at the arrival of special guests UMM Rector who incidentally was one of the leaders of the best Muhammadiyah colleges in Indonesia. It was proven through UMM's great work, especially in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
"This morning we have the presence of UMM Rector Dr. Fauzan, M.Pd., for this reason, it is a rare and good opportunity for us to learn and explore important things about managing universities. In order for us to be like UMM which has obtained an A accreditation, "said Masrukhin, there was boisterous applause from the participants of the morning rally.
Starting his short lecture, Fauzan expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome of the entire Unimus academic community in participating in the National Tennis tournament between PTM / A. Fauzan stated that 2 key things for the success of managing Muhammadiyah colleges like the experience of leading UMM.

First, one of the keys to the success of PTM was internal comfort. "The academic community must be able to interpret welfare for the spirit of progress. For this reason, comfort and always be happy in working become one of the capital to give maximum performance spirit and productivity, "he said.
This can be reflected in the positive aura of the academic community, who was not tired and visionary, full of hope, and able to answer problems. So that all university staff must be able to answer the progress in their place of work. Mentioned Fauzan, at the age of just 20 years Unimus had good growth.
Second, the campus was the task of reporting and creating news. The PTM / A national tennis event held at Unimus Semarang will provide positive news for the existence of the campus. So mentioned Fauzan, all members of the community must be able to preach positive things for a good and good image.
