The head of University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) held a meeting with parents of new students of the 2nd Regular Admission (PMB) 2017 on Sunday, August 13. This meeting in order of silaturrahim and a dialogue with parents of new students who successfully passed the test.
In this period, as many as 7,393 studentss of 11,833 online registrants, UMM accepted 3327 students only. Those amount included overseas students who registered through regular students at UMM. While the local students came from almost 35 provinces in Indonesia.
"Previously, East Kalimantan as the largest supplier of students after East Java, this year West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) occupied that position," said Rector of UMM Fauzan. In that meeting, all the UMM structural came, from the Rector, the Vice Rectors I, II and III, and the dean of each faculty until the bureau chief of UMM.

Biancha was student of Islamic Senior High School of Kalabahe district in Alor regency, NTT.
