He considered that this understanding seemed simple and easy. In fact, in reality, the concept of justice is difficult to implement in real life. He said that this conference would be beneficial if it could be implemented in life, not only in the realm of theory.
Fitria Esfandiari, SH., M.H. as the chief executive, explained that this conference would contribute to the development of the law. Mainly through the enforcement and strengthening of Human Rights (HAM). She convinced her that F.H. had invited various speakers from universities from several countries. Meanwhile, Prof. Hikmahanto Juwana, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D. appointed as one presenter, assessed that Indonesia has changed. Four essential things must be fulfilled at this time, namely the fulfillment of human rights and the law. In addition, efforts are needed to meet the needs of democracy and the voices of the people.
According to him, laws that suit Jakarta are not necessarily compatible with other regions because there are many differences. "If we want to run democracy and freedom of expression, there needs to be proper law enforcement. It should be done so that people feel comfortable when voicing their opinions and implementing democracy," he said.
On the same occasion, Dr. Petra Mahy from the Department of Business Law and Taxation, Monash University, explained the omnibus law in providing employment. He also discussed the legal hierarchy and the response to the judicial review of manpower amendments. He also considered that most of the decisions of the Constitutional Court were responded to by the legislature.

According to him, the activity shown by the participants made the main objective of this conference well fulfilled.
