VIVAnews - Israel will continue to build 3,000 Jewish homes in East Jerusalem and the West Bank. State Zionist states will not give in to international pressure requested termination plan.

"Israel will continue to defend the vital interests, even in the face of international pressure, and there will be no change in the decision that has been made," said Prime Minister of Israel, as reported by the BBC, Monday, December 3, 2012.

Some countries condemned this development plan. Britain, France, Spain, Denmark, and Sweden have summoned Israeli ambassadors in their respective countries to protest against this policy. Meanwhile, its closest ally, the United States, also urged Israel to consider this policy.

"We asked the leaders of Israel to reconsider this decision and refrain from unilateral action as counterproductive and will make the negotiation process enjadi tough," said White House spokesman Jay Carney.

Not only these countries are condemned Israel's plan. Russia, Germany, and the United Nations also called for the plan was canceled.

The best plan is opposed by Palestinians on Jewish settlement construction in the E1 area in Maaleh Adumim - between Herusalem and the West Bank. Palestima considers residential development in this area will divide the West Bank, separating Palestinians with Jerusalem. So that could lead to delays in the establishment of a Palestinian state.
