Rocket to Orbit, Residents of North Korean Excited

VIVAnews - For some Western countries and their allies, North Korea's rocket launch deemed a threat that must be addressed immediately. However, for the government and the people of North Korea, the successful launch of this rocket is a pride that was greeted with joy.
