VIVAnews - Former Head of Traffic Police Corps, Inspector General Djoko Susilo again underwent the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Thursday, December 13, 2012. This time the suspect in the SIM simulator will be examined as a witness.
"The question was examined as a witness DP," said the Head of Reporting and Information Commission, Priharsa Nugraha in his office.
Djoko's lawyer, Hotma Sitompul announced that his client would come and ready to give testimony as a witness for former deputy in Korlantas, Didik Purnomo. "Oh come as witnesses, suspects Educate, his deputy," said Hotma
Hotma adding his client will follow the inspection procedures at the Commission. Including if there is other evidence to prove his client's innocence against the law.

The case was investigated by KPK after complaints from project partners, Sukotjo S Bambang, Indonesia Director of Technological Innovation (ITI).
In fact, the winning bidder of this project is valued at Rp196 billion PT Citra Mandiri. The company then subcontracted the wheel simulator PT ITI at a much lower price. KPK suspect that mark-up project to the detriment of the country around Rp100 billion.
This case was handled by the Police to establish five suspects, namely Sukotjo, Educate, Budi, Teddy Rusmawan Commissioner and Commissioner Legimo treasurer. However, the police officially handed over the handling of the case to the KPK. (umi)
