Laboratory Purposes
- Helping department in practicum implementation in practical Islamic sciences.
- Helping the students to be skillful in practical sharia law ability.
- Showing relevant sharia law research findings.
- Documenting data about Islamic law development in Indonesia.
Three Laboratory Work Fields
A. Assessment and Research Division
- Implementing sharia scientific and Islamic law assessment.
- Conducting research in Islamic law, mainly in ahwal asy-syakhshiyyah.
B. Religious Service Division and Literature Documentation
- Opening religious consultation service
- Giving service to community about practical sharia law problems.
- Documentation and library.
C. Training and Prcticum Division
- Formulating and conducting training in accordance with the need by inviting experienced practitioners.
- Making practicum implementation concept.
- Conducting practicum for the eligible students.
Operationally, this laboratory is implemented by department secretary under the responsibility of Sharia department and assisted by related courses lecturers. This laboratory also establishes cooperation with related institutions such as religious court, Aisyiyah Islamic Hospital, and other institutions. In the implementation of training this laboratory invites practitioners and experts in every field.
