LENSAINDONESIA.COM: Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) in collaboration with the Government of Aceh pavilion immediately organized a "Festival Dance Ratouh Jaroe" (Saman) to-7 high school / university as Jabotabek, to compete for the trophy Governor of Aceh.

"Dance is a dance tribe Saman Gayo (Gayo Lues) which is in the show to celebrate important events in custom. Saman dance is poetry in use in Arabic and Gayo, "said Dwi.
According to Dwi, usually dance in the show to celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad. In some literaturnhya mention Saman Aceh was founded and developed by Sheikh Saman, a scholar who came from Southeast Aceh Gayo.
"Saman dance is set as the UNESCO Representative List of Cultural Heritage Objects No Man in the 6th Session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Protection of UNESCO Cultural Heritage No object in Bali, 24 November 2011," he said.
He explained, Tari Saman is one medium for achieving message (preaching). This dance reflects the educational, religious, manners, heroism, teamwork and togetherness. Before starting the warrant as mukaddimah or opening, performing an old wise men or traditional leaders to represent the local community or useful advices to the players and spectators.
"Songs and poems together and continuous disclosure, players consist of men who are still young by wearing traditional clothes. The presentation can also staged dances, are contested between group sepangkalan group (two groups), "said Dwi.
Furthermore Dwi, assessment tititk emphasis on the ability of each group in following movement, dance and song (poem) which is presented by the opposition.
