ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION
Subsection 9
Admissions
(1) The acceptance of students is done by the system:
a) Entrance examination is conducted by the University through the College Entrance Examination (UMPT) UMM
b) The acceptance of transfer level or credit students
c) Cooperation program
(2) The Requirement of admission is set by separate regulations.
Subsection 10
Registration
Registration must be done by UMM students candidate in accordance with prevailing regulations.
Re Registration
(1) Re registration must be done by the students of UMM.
(2) Students who do not follow re registration process will be claimed as non-active student.
(3) Re registration consists of the activities of financial administration and academic administration.
a) Financial Administration is done by making payment of financial obligations as regulatory requirements.
b) Academic Administration is conducted through accreditation forms filling an online registration via the intranet to obtain the temporary KSM.
(4) Students must complete the final program of financial administration and academic administration.
(5) Students who have followed the final exams process and have been listed in the decree or graduation, he is not required to conduct re registration.
(6) Students who are proclaimed as non active student, he is not eligible for the all-curricular activities in the semester he took.
(7) Students can be active again by submitting an application letter to the Rector.
(8) License reactivation is given only once during the study at UMM, while the time for not re-register is calculated as the study period.
(9) Diploma Program Students who sits at semester 7 to 10 called as the semester continued.
(10) Undergraduate Students who are on semester 9 to 14 called as the semester continued.
(11) Student of Master Program which is in semester 5-8 called as advanced semester.
(12) Doctoral Program Student who is on semester 9-12 called as advanced semester.
Subsection 12
Study off
(1) Study off is to stop the study while the maximum period of 2 (two) consecutive semesters.
(2) Study off may be granted to students who have attended a minimum of two (2) consecutive semesters.
(3) Study off is granted not more than 4 (four) semesters during the studies at UMM.
(4) Applications for study off is submitted to the Rector no later than 1 (one) week of beginning semester, that application must be accompanied by supporting documents approved by the Supervisor, the Head of Department, and the Dean.
(5) The period of study off is not taken into account within the limits of the study period.
(6) Students who take the study off status are not entitled to any curricular services.
