EVALUATION ON THE STUDY ACHIEVEMENT
Subsection36
Diploma III
(1) Student of Diploma program is allowed to continue their studies if:
a) at the end of semester 2 (two), student has passed at least 18 credits of courses with an Index ≥ 2.0 for the best score without considering on the E score.
b) at the end of semester 4 (four), student has passed at least the entire subjects on semester I and II with a GPA ≥ 2.0 without D score.
(2) Student of Diploma program will pass the subject if he succeed to complete whole study load with a GPA ≥ 2.0 without the E and D score for 10 (ten) semester.
(3) Students who do not meet the provisions of Paragraph (1) and (2) above are not allowed to continue the study (his study time is over).
(4) The administration of an advanced student is regulated separately.
Subsection 37
Undergraduate Program
(1) Students are allowed to continue their studies on undergraduate program if:
a) at the end of semester 4 (four), student have passed a minimum of 40 credits on semester I and II with an Index ≥ 2.0 without considering on the E score.
b) at the end of semester 8 (eight), student have passed a minimum of 90 credits of courses with GPA ≥ 2.0 without E score.
(2) Students will pass the subject if they had completed the study load in their study program with a GPA ≥ 2.0 with no D and E score within a maximum of fourteen (14) semesters.
(3) Students who do not meet the provisions of Paragraph (1) and (2) above are not allowed to continue their study (his study time is over).
(4) The administration of an advanced student is regulated separately.
Subsection 38
Profession Program
(1) Students who fail to get a GPA ≥ 2.00 at the end of semester 2 (two), the students will be warned.
(2) Students mentioned above are allowed to continue the study if they get a GPA ≥ 2.5 at the end of semester 3.
(3) Students must complete the entire study load within a maximum of 8 (eight) semesters with a Index ≥ 2.75 without a "D" and "E", and the "C" score in maximum of 20% of the total credits required.
(4) Students who do not meet the provisions of Paragraph (2) and (3) above are not allowed to continue the study (his study time is over).
Subsection 39
Masters Program
(1) Students who fail to complete at least 15 credits with the get an Index ≥ 2.75 at the end of semester 2 (two), the students will be warned.
(2) Students mentioned above are allowed to continue the study if they get a GPA ≥ 2.75 at the end of semester 3 and finished at least 20 credits.
(3) Students must complete the entire study load within a maximum of 8 (eight) semesters with an Index ≥ 2.75 without a "D" and "E", and the "C" score in maximum of 20% of the total credits required.
(4) Students who do not meet the provisions of Paragraph (2) and (3) above are not allowed to continue the study (his study time is over).
Article 40
Doctorate Program
(1) Students who fail to complete at least 15 credits with the get an Index ≥ 3.00 at the end of semester 2 (two), the students will be warned.
(2) Students mentioned above are allowed to continue the study if they get a GPA ≥ 3.00 at the end of semester 3.
(3) Students must complete the entire study load within a maximum of 8 (eight) semesters with an Index ≥ 3.00 without a "D" and "E", and the "C" score in maximum of 20% of the total credits required.
(4) Students who do not meet the provisions of Paragraph (2) and (3) above are not allowed to continue the study (his study time is over).
Subsection 41
The Graduation Rule
(1) Student of Diploma III will graduate when he has successfully completed the entire study load and other obligations with GPA ≥ 2.00 without a D and E score.
(2) Undergraduate student will graduate when he has successfully completed the entire study load and other obligations with GPA ≥ 2.00 without a D and E score.
(3) Master Degree Students will graduate when he has successfully completed the entire study load and other obligation with GPA ≥ 2.75 without a D and E score.
(4) Doctorate students will graduate when he has successfully completed the entire study load and other obligation with GPA ≥ 3.00 without a D and E score.
(5) The Graduation of Diploma, Undergraduate, Master, and Doctorate Program are declared in ‘Yudisium’ of Final Project Examination.
Article 42
Graduates’ Predicate
(1). The graduate of Diploma, Undergraduate, Master, and Doctorate Program are given graduates’ predicate, which consists of 3 (three) levels, namely: Satisfactory, Highly Satisfactory, and with Compliments.
(2). Graduates’ Predicate are defined on the basis of graduation grade point average (GPA) and completion time of the study, those will be stated as follows:

Subsection 43
‘Yudisium’ and Graduation
(1) Every student who has completed his studies is required to follow the academic year graduation in accordance with the determined requirements.
(2) Determination Index Best Graduate Faculty and University level is done by dividing the index grade point average and the duration of study (months).
(3) Student who has followed ‘Yudisium’ is obliged to attend the graduation in the academic year in accordance with the determined requirements.
Subsection 44
Academic Certificate
(1) Students who have graduated and followed the ‘Yudisium’ are eligible to get academic transcripts certificate.
(2) Taking over the certificate and transcript can be fulfilled after the administrative requirements are met.
